*The shooting of trains, tractors, trailers, vehicles, walls, or structures, un-masked or un-protected players and especially other persons not involved with the paintball field, other than on paintball 'playing fields' is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in policed escort from premises, fines, and or imprisonment and or expulsion from playing fields and premises without refund.
*ALL equipment being rented requires a driver's license, state ID or credit card to be left as collateral. The renter or individual taking responsibility for the individual or group rentals of any of Crusader Paintball equipment is responsible for the replacement and or repait costs of lost, missing, or damaged rented equipment. *No Exceptions*
*Any lost, damaged or stolen property of Crusader Paintball LLC. will be billed to the license, ID, credit card holder or responsible person(s).
*We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. This includes but is not limited to: paintball markers, paint, misc. gear, clothing, vehicles, etc.
*Co2 cannot be re-filled on the fields. Our fields are "High Pressure Air" only. High Pressure Air tanks are included in our packaged play options or Air pass rentals (Deposit and or Collateral required.
*All player or groups are responsible for their own transportation to and from our shop to the fields. We do not provide shuttle or bus transportation.
*It is expected and advised that all groups or parties or participants show up prepared with waivers filled out for each participant and spectator at least 30 minutes prior to the schedule time of play so that final payments and arrangements can me made to get your group/party out onto the playing fields at your scheduled time. Failure to be here prior to your scheduled time of play to finalize payments and organize your party may forfeit into your play time. No Exceptions.
*When scheduling a party it is essential to make sure your reservation is at least 3 days in advance and to have an exact head count and to make a deposit for the exact number of participants playing. Failure to do so may forfeit any additional participants who show up from playing. No exceptions.
*Adding participants to a previously schedule party MUST be done at least 3 days in advance of your scheduled reservation. Fialure to do so may forfeit any additional participants who show up from playing. No Exceptions.
*Each person and or group leader is responsible to maintain themselves and or their guests in a respectable manner, IE no littering, using waste receptacles, no foul or bad language, respoect other persons' fun, privacy and property, to follow safety rules and regulations. Any person failing to comply and or conduct themselves in a respectable manner may result in being asked to leave the premises without refund.
*****THE MINIMUM AGE OF ANY PLAYER TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY EVENT IS 10 YEARS OF AGE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If we suspect a player is under the age of ten, proof may be requiered
*All sales are final, no exception.
*There are no refunds given on deposits for scheduled or reserved play, walk-on play, private parties or events, and balance due or paid, rental fee's, field fee, equipment rental fee, any additional time or minutes and paint of any type
*If you need additional equipment, supplies, or paint, PLEASE...wait and purchase items as you need them. There will be NO refunds given on any advance purchases, no exceptions.
