So you've scheduled your private party and want to know what you need to do to get it all rolling? You've come to the right place
Crusader Paintball not only hosts private parties, but we'll do everything we can to make it a fun time. So, here's a quick rundown of things you should do to make it the mot enjoyable experience you've ever had
- Pick your party package
- The 2 hour party package is great for a little bit of fun, but for a true experience, we recommend a 4 hour event. Not only will you get a taste of paintball, but we'll even create some special 'scenario games' that you'll have a blast playing.
- Do you have a large scale group or corporate event in mind? Then try our 7 hour package. This is great for team building and to diffuse the normal stress on employees from day-in-day-out from workplaces. Besides, nothing like building excitement within your company with a little in-office rivalry to boost morale
- Call and Make a reservation
- Call at MINIMUM 3 days in advance to reserve your party. Dates fill up fast, so be sure to call as soon as you can
- All reservations require a 50% deposit of your party total. If you think you'll have about 15 people, book for 15. It doesn't matter if you have 13 or 17, we'll credit the account accordingly.
- ***If the number of participants changes, please contact us at least 3 Days in advance. Failure to do so may forfeit their ability to play, or result in a service charge
- Send out invitations
- Get the excitment flowing and mark your calendars!
- Print out waivers
- All particpants (players and spectators) must fill out and sign a waiver. Please note that for insurance reasons, all information MUST be filled out and signed. Failure to do so, and failure to do legibly, may result in your party being delayed at the expense of your playing time
- Participants who have played at our facilities before MUST fill out another waiver
- Any parents/participants who wish to go back to the safety zone with their group must also have completed a waiver and rented a mask from our proshop (free of charge).
- Dress appropriate!
- We are commonly asked is paintball hurts and what to wear. The best we can say is that a paintball is equivalent in force to a rubberband being snapped onto your skin. To prevent the normal bruises involved, we recommend wearing sweatpants, a hooded sweatshirt (hoody), sneakers, some type of gloves (batting gloves work well), and also to bring some spare clothing. Paintballs are completely machine washable
- What to eat?
- We offer several options for participants with regards to food- our snackshop is now done and stocked! Tables have been added as well, so you can take a break from all the fun and enjoy some snacks.
- Show up AHEAD of time
- Be sure to arrive on site at least 30 minutes early! There is some time involved with equipping participants with rental gear, as well as distributing paintballs, final payments, collecting waivers, etc.. If you don't come ahead of time, you may be sacrificing some of your playing time (and we don't want that! We really want you to have fun!).
- Unsure of directions? Be sure to plug our address into your GPS or Mapquest! We are just 1 mile north of Sesame Place and the Oxford Valley Mall
- Getting to the fields from proshop
- When you arrive on site, be sure to go to the Proshop and NOT the fields. Your group referee will escort you to the fields at the appropriate time
- All players will need to have transportation from the shop to the fields, and vice-versa at the end of the day. Unfortunately, we cannot provide transportation for participants at this time
- Rain? Snow? Prepare for more fun!
- We are still open in rain and snow! In fact, most players find it MORE enjoyable to do so! We do not provide refunds for reservations, however if you are uncomfortable playing, we will work with you to reschedule if need be
- In the case that the fields present a danger to players, participants, or our employees, we will close the fields and notify the group leader a MINIMUM of 3 hours ahead of time. We apologize for the inconvenience, but will work with you to reschedule
And most importantly, have fun and be safe!
